Late Collection Fee:
Children must be collected by 6pm each day. Or if a child does a morning session they must be collected at 1pm. There is a late collection charge of £10 for the first 5 minutes and then £5 for every 5minutes after that.
Late Payment Fee:
Fees are due to be paid in advance, invoices are issued the end of the month to be paid on the 1st of the next month. For example your will be invoice issued on 24th October therefore to be paid on the 1st November. A late payment charge of 10% of your monthly bill will be added to your next invoice if your bill is not paid in full by the 1st of each month.
Notice period and booking changes:
Four weeks’ notice is required for leaving the nursery, the four week notice is liable to be paid in full before you leave. To decrease any days to your normal booking, we require four week’ notice also.
Booking policy:
As of 20th April 2026, we have changed our policy regarding decreasing sessions. We still require a minimum of four weeks’ notice. However, booking changes will not take effect until the 1st of the following month.
As an example, if a parent notifies us of a decrease in the booking pattern on 20th April, this would begin on 1st June. Meaning your invoice remains annualised.
In the case of new starters starting on various dates throughout the month, you will only be charged for the sessions you attend during that month. Therefore, the invoice will not be annualised. You will receive your annualised invoice the following month.
Should you wish to increase your booking pattern sessions, this will again result in a non-annualised invoice if the request is made to start this part way through the month. We do advise that you stick to the 1st of each month for a booking change in order to receive an annualised invoice.
Please note! If you already have a decrease number of sessions booking change with us already and it starts part way through a month, your invoice will not be annualised that month.
Finally for any children leaving our nursery before the end of a month, you will be charged for sessions used and your invoice will not be annualised.
